Our travel consultants are on hand to put together an itinerary to suit your every travel need. Our quick response time means that you get the holiday of your dreams without the wait.
There are just nine exclusive rooms: Five are Hill Rooms looking down the Lewa’s Western Marania Valley, the other four are Garden Rooms on the lush lawn adjacent to the main living areas. All have a sitting room area with a well stocked bar and open log fireplace, for our frequent cool nights, as well as spacious en suite facilities.
With over thirty horses in their stables Lewa Wilderness is well equipped to explore our wilderness. Guests can also opt for a short camel ride in the bush, or a longer camel trek. Those seeking the ultimate thrill have access to an open-cockpit biplane.
A team of fully-qualified driver guides are on hand for vehicle safaris across the conservancy. The specially adapted open vehicles allow for excellent viewing but it is the richness of the game that their guests talk about. One of the most popular ways to explore the conservancy is in a more traditional fashion – on foot. Lewa Wilderness’ expert Masai walking guides, who have lived here all their lives, explore Lewa with guests to really get up close to many of their wild neighbours.
Lewa Wilderness Reviews
“my second visit, my husbands first. It was incredible yet again. So beautiful, fabulous rooms, wonderful staff and the best guide Mwongi! No one could be disappointed when they stay here, it is a fantastic experience.” – Sararoomfortwo
“Probably my favorite camp in Kenya. – Not only are the rooms perfect, more importantly the guiding and camp ambiance is second to none. – Meals are family style, fresh and delicious. – I loved the old artifacts and books in the sitting room. If you have the opportunity to go up in the bi-plane. Don’t think twice. One of the best experiences – EVER -” – Africatvl
“We went with a group of friends to Lewa Wilderness. What an impressive safari: camel safari, horse riding safari, night game drive, walking safari, bush breakfast, bush dinner.. what else can you ask for? It is a private conservancy so the activities are really wide… It is a very recommendable place. On top of everything, we saw the big 5 in 3 hours!! Just great!!” – Jimenairobito
